I used it on the second day of my period, which was the most painful day. The pain disappeared 100% after 35 minutes of use at a temperature of 35 degrees. I used it with less than 1/3 of a charge, but it turned off after 35 minutes, so I couldn't use it after that, but since it was pain-free, I didn't need it anymore.
